Regulatory Offences
The plethora of regulations and rules that farmers and landowners must now comply with, has meant that we as a JCP Rural Practice have seen the number of prosecutions brought by local authorities and enforcement bodies increase dramatically.
JCP has a wealth of experience in dealing with regulatory criminal matters, and understands that being faced with the prospect of a prosecution is very stressful. We at JCP Rural Practice attempt to remove some of that anxiety from the process. We can advise and assist clients with their case in the following areas:

- Breach of animal transportation regulations
- Issues arising from non-registration of livestock
