Legal experts JCP Solicitors have announced another boost to their expertise, with one of their Associate Solicitors becoming a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association (ALA).

The South and West Wales firm already specialises in rural legal affairs, with a dedicated Rural Practice Team based in Carmarthen.

Now a prominent member of that team, Ffion Lloyd, has passed an intensive course and examination leading to Fellowship of the ALA which is an indication of an advanced level of expertise.

Ffion said: “I am very pleased to have reached this professional milestone, both for myself, for JCP and for my clients, who rely upon our team to provide sound expert advice on rural matters of all kinds.”

Head of Rural Practice at JCP Solicitors, Rory Hutchings, who is also a Fellow of the ALA, said: “I am delighted to see Ffion become an ALA Fellow. The ALA is the largest inter-professional organisation devoted to the law and the business of the agricultural and rural industry and a Fellowship is a real badge of excellence in this field.”

JCP’s Rural Practice team is already on the NFU Cymru’s legal panel for South Wales, helping NFU Cymru members who are referred to them with any legal queries.
