Hayley Davies

Hayley is the CEO, Non- Lawyer Director and Business Owner at JCP Solicitors. As a member of the management board and leader of the senior management team, Hayley has primary authority and decision making responsibility on operational and strategic issues including finance, IT, staff and compliance.

Hayley is the past president of Swansea Bay Business Club and is a member of the Court of Swansea University.

Hayley has developed her role at JCP since joining as an evening typist in November 1990. Her appointment to full equity partnership in 2012 is believed to be one of the first female non-lawyer equity partner appointments at an indigenous Welsh law firm.

Due to Hayley's role development, vision for the business and implemented strategies, she won the prestigious IWA Inspire Wales Business Leader Award 2013 and the Swansea Bay Business Woman of the Year 2013. Hayley also recently won the Influential Woman of the Decade at the Swansea Bay Woman of the Year Awards 2019.

Hayley obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Nottingham Trent University in November 2004 and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, The Institute of Legal Cashiers, The Law Management section of the Law Society and the Institute of Directors.

Outside of work Hayley enjoys cycling, skiing and spending time with her four grandchildren.
