Portfield Dental Surgery Acquisition For Well-Respected Practitioner

The new owner of Portfield Dental Surgery in Haverfordwest has plans to modernise and grow the practice, having just bought the business for a six-figure  sum.

Raminta Urbonaviciene is the new owner of the long-established practice, with JCP Solicitors acting for her during the transaction. She will work alongside three other dental practitioners and a small team of staff, who have been retained at the practice after the sale.

Ms Urbonaviciene already has long-established links at Portfield Dental Surgery and with its patients, having practiced there herself for the past four years, and having worked alongside the previous practice owner for seven years.

Ms Urbonaviciene said: “I am very pleased to take on Portfield Dental Surgery. It is a valued part of the community in Haverfordwest and it is a pleasure for me to take up the reins of my own practice, working with existing clients who I know well and with others in the future.

“I am looking forward to modernising the surgery and some of its equipment so I can continue to enhance the level of care we give to our clients, but while this is an exciting new chapter for me, our clients will be greeted and treated by the same dedicated team, so there will be some reassuring continuity for them.”
