JCP Solicitors advises on major Crystal Palace kit deal for sportswear leader Macron S.p.A
European sportswear manufacturer Macron S.p.A has agreed a prestigious long-term partnership to produce Crystal Palace’s new kits with legal assistance provided by JCP Solicitors.
The deal, advised upon by JCP’s expert Sports Law team, will see the Italian sportswear giant return as the Premier League club’s official technical kit partner from the forthcoming season onwards.
As part of this, Macron will supply all the team’s match day kits, training and travel wear, along with accessories, which will now incorporate the club’s new crest featuring the date it was established in 1861.
JCP has advised Macron on a number of matters over the last decade, including its recent sponsorship deals with both the Welsh Rugby Union and World Rugby.
