One of Wales’ best known law firms, JCP Solicitors, announces three senior appointments across Commercial and Agriculture & Property Litigation, further strengthening its offering for commercial and rural clients in Wales and beyond.

The announcement welcomes two new starters and one internal promotion: existing JCP Director Jonathan Flynn has been named as Head of Property Litigation, Natalie Jones joins the firm as a Director in the Commercial Services team, and Sally Milliner joins the Agricultural and Property Litigation team as a Senior Associate.

JCP Director Jonathan Flynn takes over from Sarah Davies who has recently left the practice for a full time District Judge role. Recently named as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in The Legal 500’s 2024 edition, Jonathan brings vast experience in residential and commercial property litigation to his new role having been a member of the team since 2016.

Jonathan said: “Dealing with the firm’s property litigation work, I have close ties to various teams at JCP and I look forward to working closely with them in my new role, whilst continuing to grow our property litigation practice and reputation throughout 2024.”

Natalie Jones has extensive experience in high-profile and substantial corporate and commercial transactions across a range of sectors.

Natalie commented: “My focus is always on providing commercial, technical and valued advice across a range of corporate transactions and projects, with particular emphasis on development projects involving real assets and energy. I am thrilled to join the team at JCP, bringing my skillset to our impressive client base.”

Sally Milliner brings 15 years’ experience in handling contentious matters in multiple areas of rural and property litigation, including rights of way and boundary disputes, breach of contract and other disputes on behalf of agricultural businesses.

Sally said: “I look forward to contributing to the Agricultural and Property Litigation team’s growth, through strategic business decisions and consultation with senior management. For my clients, I always strive to build good relationships and get the best possible outcomes.”

Speaking of the new appointments, CEO Hayley Davies said: “These three new senior appointments represent our continued growth and commitment to advancing our commercial, property and agricultural offering.

“These appointments will strengthen our client service cross-sector and we look forward to the new dynamic these three will bring.”

The newly appointed senior members will work across JCP’s offices in Caerphilly, Cardiff, Carmarthen, Cowbridge, Swansea and Pembrokeshire.
