JCP Solicitors Boosts Conveyancing Expertise With New Appointments

JCP Solicitors is pleased to have strengthened its leading Residential Property team with two new recruits who will unlock faster matter turnaround and support growth.
Katie has joined JCP after working across a number of specialist law firms in south Wales since graduating from Aberystwyth University in 2005.
She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, having qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2011 and accruing over 15 years’ experience in residential property.
Joe also brings extensive legal experience to JCP. He has worked in several welsh Local Authorities since 2009. Since 2015 he has worked for an international law firm where he specialised in acting for equity release lender clients for remortgages and purchases, as well as on sales for mortgagees in possession cases.
