JCP Solicitors has once again been recognised by the Law Society’s practice management standard body, retaining their Lexcel Version 6 Award.
After a rigorous assessment of JCP’s practices and procedures, carried out across JCP’s offices throughout South and West Wales, the company was highly praised for its ‘open culture’ and ‘spirit of co-operation’.
The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to legal practices which meet the highest management and customer care standards.
JCP Solicitors first applied and were accredited with Lexcel in January 2005 and are one of a handful of legal practices in South West Wales to have achieved the accolade.
JCP Director and CEO, Hayley Davies said: “This continued accreditation from Lexcel gives us welcome confirmation that our teams in Swansea, Carmarthen and Pembrokeshire are offering our clients the best possible Service, and that, as a company, we have built a firm and a very feasible foundation for continued growth.
“It is particularly pleasing that the Lexcel assessors, in their detailed report, recognised JCP to be a ‘progressive and forward-looking’ law firm with an ‘excellent working environment, in which staff members feel valued and have a strong sense of purpose’.
“It has been a real cornerstone of our operations at JCP Solicitors that we enjoy an open culture, where our teams are consulted, informed and actively encouraged to share their views on how we do things at JCP.”
The strength of staff training and development, as well as JCP’s commitment to ensuring watertight Risk and Compliance procedures also came in for praise from Lexcel assessors.
