Jamie Weighs Anchor At Pembrokeshire Business Lunch

The popular BBC Wales Today Broadcaster, Jamie Owen, brought some festive bonhomie to the Pembrokeshire Four Seasons Christmas Business Lunch, at St Bride’s Hotel, on Friday December 2.

Well known as the anchor for the country's most watched TV news programme, and for his regular BBC Radio Wales broadcasts, Jamie shared his love of Wales and its hidden treasures, as detailed in his books, Magic Islands, Magic Harbours and Around Wales by B- Roads and Byways.

The regular business lunches are sponsored by JCP Solicitors, Pembrokeshire Tourism, Thomas Carroll and Ashmole and Co, and are designed to bring local businessmen and women together.

Ian Badham, Partner at Ashmole and Co said: “The regular Pembrokeshire Four Seasons Business Lunches are a great way for like-minded people to meet and enjoy some networking opportunities in a relaxed and informal setting.

“We were pleased to welcome Jamie Owen to the Christmas gathering and he proved to be a popular guest, as expected.”

During the lunch Guests raised a generous sum of £570 for the Wales Air Ambulance.
