Directors and Personal Liability Workshop
Andrew Meech, Director in the firm’s Business Litigation department will be holding a workshop dealing with the duties of a director with particular emphasis on personal liability.
The workshop will include discussions in connection with the following areas:
- Director’s duties
- Director’s duties in the context of personal liability
- Misfeasance and wrongful trading
- Preferences and transactions at an undervalue
- Unlawful distributions and unapproved transactions
The workshop will be tailored to professionals who are directors or those involved in senior management positions.
Dates and locations as follows:
