Associate Solicitor - Employment - Flexible Location

We are excited to offer a rare opportunity for an Employment Associate Solicitor to join our expanding Commercial Services team. This position not only provides the chance to work on a broad range of employment law matters but also offers the unique prospect of developing and growing your own team. This position is open to candidates of varying PQE as capability and character are key to this appointment.

You will be offering support to our Corporate Commercial team and will also be working in all areas of contentious and advisory employment law such as:

  • Handling employment disputes, tribunal cases, and resolution strategies
  • Advising clients on complex employment contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Supporting businesses through TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy programs
  • Offering strategic HR advice on matters such as dismissals, grievances, and employee relations
