Tomas Davies
Tomas is a Trainee Solicitor in the Inheritance and Trusts Disputes team based out of our Carmarthen Office, assisting Director Richard Howells and Associate Solicitor Rachel Morris.
Tomas first joined JCP in August 2019 as an Undergraduate Legal Assistant in the Injury Services team during his second and final year of his undergraduate degree, primarily handling the new enquiries for Medical Negligence and Personal Injury. Tomas then returned in March 2021 to the Inheritance and Trusts Disputes team as a Legal Assistant and began his training contract in April 2022.
Tomas graduated from Swansea University in 2021 with a 2:1 Honours Degree in Law (LLB) and is currently studying a Masters in Legal Practice and Advanced Drafting (LLM), with his Masters project focused on Proprietary Estoppel within the agricultural sector.
Outside of work, Tomas holds the position of Postgraduate Representative for the Swansea & District Junior Lawyers Division. He enjoys most sports, in particular golf and cricket and currently plays cricket for the Swansea Law Society Cricket Club, having also represented Wales and Welsh Colleges at various age groups.
