As a specialist medical negligence Director, Thomas is committed to building strong and trusted relationships with all his clients. He understands that pursing a claim is a stressful and extremely difficult time. He recognises that in most clinical negligence cases the affects are devastating and long lasting. Thomas takes care to clearly explain the process and he keeps his clients fully up to date at every stage. This helps not only relieve some of the stress and apprehension a client may have but also means the case progresses as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Thomas joined the Injury Services Team at JCP Solicitors in 2013 having worked and trained for several years in Cardiff. Thomas runs a varied and complex case load of catastrophic spinal injuries, amputation claims, gynaecological, orthopaedic and cases involving cancer.
Thomas is on the Spinal Injuries Association directory in light of his work in spinal cord injury cases.
While Thomas is based in Swansea he works from our Carmarthen office on a weekly basis and regularly sees client in Haverfordwest and Fishguard.
Thomas has been on the committee of the West Wales Law Society for many years and has now taken over the reins as president at their most recent AGM. He is an active member of the Carmarthen Borough Law Society and enjoys playing cricket for the Swansea Law Society Cricket Club.
