Rhianydd is an expert in healthcare transactions, with a particular focus on buying and selling dental practices. Her work also extends to pharmacy sales and purchases and GP practice refinances. Additionally, Rhianydd represents banks in healthcare-related matters, working on a separate representation basis. Alongside facilitating sales and purchases, she manages business incorporations, partnership agreements and shareholder agreements.

Her particular expertise lies in dental transactions, where she has built a reputation for helping clients achieve their goals, whether it's acquiring their first dental business or successfully selling one to fund their retirement. Her driving motivation is helping clients navigate complex transactions, ensuring they reach their end goals.

Rhianydd’s journey in the legal industry began at JCP in 2014, where she started as an Undergraduate Legal Assistant in the remortgaging team. After returning as a Trainee in 2017, she transitioned to the Corporate Commercial team in 2018, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2019. Soon after, she began to specialise in healthcare transactions, making her a key player in this niche field. Rhianydd holds a Law Degree and Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification from Swansea University.

Rhianydd was a finalist in the Rising Star category at the Welsh Legal Awards 2023, reflecting her commitment to excellence. Additionally, the team has received recognition through nominations, such as for the ‘Corporate and Commercial Team of the Year’ at the Wales Legal Awards 2023, online reviews and strong rankings in legal the directories: The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners Legal Guide.

Advising Dr Behrooz Khoshooee during the purchase of the long-standing local practice, Ravenhill Dental Practice.
Advising Wolfestone Group, the award-winning international language service provider, during its acquisition of well-established London-based language training company, City Lingual.
Advising Dr Manson in the sale of Cardiff’s Cedars Dental Practice to Dr Nitin Duggal and Dr Christopher Truman, qualified dentists, and owners of The Dental Surgery in Grangetown.
A notable career highlight includes co-hosting a Dental Round Table in Cardiff, a testament to her influence in the sector.
