Natalie Jones
Natalie joined JCP Solicitors in January 2024 as a Director in the Commercial Services team. Natalie works alongside the head of the team, Betsan Powell to offer expertise in corporate and commercial transactions for businesses across South and West Wales and beyond.
Natalie’s expertise covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She has strong technical and project management skills and frequently advises clients on complex and often highly technical transactions including, acquisitions, disposals, mergers, fundraisings, joint ventures, development projects and commercial framework arrangements
Natalie has worked on transactions across a range of sectors but has particular experience in the energy sector and has advised a variety of different industry participants in that sector, bringing particular insight having undertaken a 12-month secondment with a Welsh renewables developer.

- Advising a FTSE listed outsourcing specialist on its extensive acquisition programme, completing multiple transactions in the £5 million to £30 million range.
- Acting for a Port Talbot based manufacturer, Hexigone Inhibitors, on a significant investment from new and existing investors, including the Development Bank of Wales.
- Advising a leading Welsh business on its acquisition of Pembrokeshire based frozen foods wholesaler.
