Natalie works closely with the COLP and COFA to help maintain a strong culture of compliance throughout the business and to ensure that the systems and controls JCP have in place are in line with Regulatory Body Requirements.
At JCP we take compliance seriously and have been accredited with various quality standards and accreditations for a number of years. This enables a us to manage and identify risk, meet our regulatory requirements and deliver a professional service.
Not only does Natalie deal with compliance she is also the first point of contact for client issues. Her role is as an intermediary between the Company and clients, and her calm and professional approach ensures that any issues are dealt with promptly.
In January 2020, Natalie was promoted to Compliance Manager, supporting the business through her knowledge in this area.
