Naomi Headley

Naomi is an Undergraduate Legal Assistant in our Medical Negligence team. Her role at JCP comes during her year in industry before she returns to Swansea University to complete her third and final year of a law degree.

As an Undergraduate Legal Assistant, Naomi enjoys dealing directly with people, enquiries and prospective clients, learning the daily workings of the firm within the injury services team, and overall, being a part of the friendly JCP team.

Naomi became interested in joining JCP after she met somebody at university who had done the role before and had really enjoyed it. She has looked forward to joining a well-established law firm working across a variety of different law areas.

Prior to joining JCP, Naomi worked in hospitality for almost 15 years, where she learned a lot about the value of customer service, before also having a career in theatre, which taught her a lot about professionalism and the importance of teamwork. She also recently volunteered at Citizens Advice as an initial checks advisor.

In her spare time, Naomi loves going for walks with her partner and their dogs, usually along the beach, weekends camping in their campervan, and going to live music events or the theatre.

Naomi is a Welsh learner.
