Marnie Novis

Hi, I’m Marnie and I’m an Associate Solicitor in the Medical Negligence team. I have a strong interest in the complexities of medical negligence law, delving into legal issues to advocate for those impacted by medical errors. My passion lies in making a meaningful difference in our clients' lives by providing them with the legal support they need during challenging times.

I hold an Honours Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Bristol. I graduated in 2021 before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Swansea University in 2022, equipping me with the practical skills needed for a successful legal career.

Since joining JCP Solicitors and beginning my training contract in September 2022, I completed seats in Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation, gaining a well-rounded experience across varied legal disciplines and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024.

I am the Secretary for the Neath Port Talbot branch of Headway, a charity that supports brain injury survivors and their families.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring coastal paths, swimming in the sea, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
