Mark undertakes a wide range of diverse property work, including acting for landlords and tenants in lettings of industrial, retail and licensed premises, and sellers and buyers in the disposal and acquisition of business premises. Mark advises several well known banks and building societies in high value re-mortgage and acquisition work of industrial and retail investment property and agricultural holdings.
