Kirsty is an Associate Solicitor in the Catastrophic Injury team, specialising in representing clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries. Kirsty is passionate about achieving the best possible outcome in terms of both compensation and rehabilitation. A serious head injury is life-changing for both the survivor and their family, and compensation can help, in some small way, to ease this distress.
It is important to Kirsty to build trusted relationships with her clients as the personal injury process can take time and be very complex. Kirsty particularly enjoys seeing the progress that they can make when they have access to early rehabilitation.
Kirsty has developed a particular interest in catastrophic injuries having always worked within the personal injury field. Kirsty also works closely alongside Keith Thomas, Head of Injury Services, providing assistance and support to his clients and their families in cases where a client has suffered a brain injury. Clients who instruct JCP for a Personal Injury Head Injury claim may end up dealing with our firm and our team for years to come, so a trusted and personal relationship is very important for everyone involved.
Kirsty first began working for JCP Solicitors in 2006 as a paralegal in the firm’s conveyancing team. Kirsty began her training contract in 2008 qualifying as a Solicitor in the Personal Injury team in 2010.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family. Kirsty is also a keen runner.
