Kirsty Meech
Hi, I’m Kirsty, a Director in the Catastrophic Injury team, specialising in representing clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries. My passion lies within achieving the best possible outcome in terms of both compensation and rehabilitation for our clients. A serious head injury is life-changing for both the survivor and their family, and compensation can help, in some small way, to ease this distress.
It is important for me to build trusted relationships with my clients as the personal injury process can take time and be very complex. I particularly enjoy seeing the progress that they can make when they have access to early rehabilitation.
During my career, I’ve developed a particular interest in catastrophic injuries having always worked within the personal injury field. I also work closely alongside Keith Thomas, Head of Injury Services, providing assistance and support to his clients and their families in cases where a client has suffered a brain injury. Clients who instruct JCP for a Personal Injury Head Injury claim may end up dealing with our firm and our team for years to come, so a trusted and personal relationship is very important for everyone involved.
I am proud to be a member of the Spinal Injuries Association working closely with SIA to support people with spinal injuries. JCP Solicitors is currently the only SIA business member with 8 local offices spread across South and West Wales.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending quality time with my family and I’m also a keen runner.
