Jenna Birch

Jenna joined JCP in 2022 as an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property team and enjoys working with a variety of businesses on a diverse range of transactions for local, regional and national clients. Promoted to Senior Associate in October 2022, Jenna has a keen eye for detail, having worked in the property field for more than 10 years. Jenna previously worked at another leading regional law firm in a variety of roles before qualifying as a Solicitor.

Jenna advises both private and corporate clients on all aspects of commercial property matters such as leases, licences, lease extensions, sales and acquisitions as well as agreements under the Telecommunications Code 2017. Jenna has particular expertise in acting for developers dealing with the infrastructure and sales of residential developments.

Jenna has dealt with transactions involving panel based national lenders from deals ranging from £100,000 to those in excess of £1 million to facilitate the acquisitions of a variety of commercial property, land and agricultural property.

It was during this time that Jenna first worked as a paralegal in both the Commercial and Residential Property sectors whilst studying her LPC part-time at Cardiff University. This experience was invaluable to Jenna and gave her the organisation, practical skills and knowledge for both areas of practice. Jenna graduated from Swansea University in 2008 with an LLB Hons and went on to gain experience working as a telephone legal advisor for the Debt & Employment branch of Citizens Advice Legal Helpline in 2009 – 2011.
