Jacqui’s primary role is to oversee the daily routine of our 200+ employees across all offices in South, East and West Wales. As part of the management team, Jacqui ensures that all areas of the business have the correct number of people and receive the best specialist training to provide an efficient and quality service to our client base in line with our business strategy.
Jacqui thoroughly enjoys the ever changing nature of her HR role, especially attracting the right people to the business, and then assisting them to succeed in their careers by creating a culture of continual development and growth. Jacqui is a strong believer in a good work and life balance and feels it is crucial to the organisation that staff feel valued, which is a key responsibility of the HR team.
Jacqui spent 5 years working as both a Fee Earner and a Line Manager in a large Commercial law firm and a further 5 years as a Senior Manager in a financial advice firm, being responsible for both HR and Business strategy. Alongside this, Jacqui has a law degree, a Legal Practice post-grad Diploma and is currently studying her second post-grad Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Jacqui is a keen supporter of Women’s Aid and actively raises awareness of the charity and the support that they provide, having recently raised £1,800 for Swansea’s Women’s Aid and the LiveFearFree helpline by climbing Snowdon.
In her spare time, Jacqui enjoys hiking, visiting the gym and running around after her 3 young children.
