As Chief Operating Officer, Jacqui’s role is to collaborate with teams across the business, turning the company strategy into a practical reality. Having joined JCP as HR Manager in 2019, Jacqui’s career was soon fast-tracked, becoming a Director in 2021. Jacqui is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace, driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and wellbeing whilst ensuring a high-performance culture.
Jacqui spent 5 years working as both a fee earner and line manager in a large commercial law firm and a further 5 years as a Senior Manager in a financial advice firm before joining JCP. Jacqui holds a law degree and postgraduate degrees in both Legal Practice and Human Resource management.
Jacqui is committed to supporting younger generations to prepare for the world of work and sits as a business partner with local schools. For her work with young people, she was the winner of the Outstanding Personal Contribution award in the Careers Wales Valued Partner Awards 2022. Jacqui has also collaborated with education providers, the law society and other law firms to drive change and secure funding for Legal Apprenticeships in Wales which led to JCP introducing the Legal Apprenticeship scheme in 2023 and further introduced a pathway to full qualification that the law society called a trailblazing announcement.
Jacqui is a Trustee of a charitable organisation which aims to provide support and employability skills to underprivileged children in the local community.
In her spare time, Jacqui enjoys camping, hiking, fitness and spending time with her family.
