Georgina Walters

Georgina is Director and Head of our Commercial Property team in West Wales. Georgina deals with all types of commercial property transactions from shop leases, purchasing property, development agreements and enfranchisement work. Georgina was part of the Law Commission Working Party on the 13th project of Law Reform dealing with leasehold property which has been put before government.

Georgina has over 20 years of legal experience and comes from a commercial and property background initially working in-house out of London and Paris for a worldwide intellectual property agency dealing with a wide range of intellectual property contracts. Georgina undertook her training contract in Portsmouth and once qualified, Georgina spent eight years in Salisbury as head of the property department,of a large regional practice, managing the team across Wiltshire and Hampshire.

As well as the normal administrative and procedural aspects of running a department, she dealt with abroad spectrum of property work with particular specialist knowledge in commercial property, lease extensions and enfranchisement.

In 2014, after having children, Georgina and her family moved back to Pembrokeshire,a place she always considered her home. Between this time and April 2019, Georgina worked for Redkite in their
commercial property team.

Georgina was appointed a Director at JCP in April 2019.
