Working in the field of personal injury for over 21 years, Claire has vast experience and specialisation in this area of law. Helping clients with spinal and other catastrophic injury claims, Claire understands that it is not just the immediate but also future issues that should be taken into consideration.
Claire and her team know that compensation is not a windfall but a way of ensuring ongoing and lifelong care to help a client and their families return to as normal a life as possible after a serious accident.
With particular specialisation in Spinal Injury, Claire understands that the daunting prospect of lack of mobility is only the start of our clients' worries. From rehabilitation to ongoing care, and physiotherapy costs, to adapting the house and the car, Claire understands the serious issues and the financial strain faced at what is already a very emotional time.
Claire also specialises in surfing and motorbike accidents where specialisation in serious claims is required.
Claire is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, the local Swansea Law Society, the Spinal Injuries Association, the JCP Solicitors representative at Motor Accident Solicitors Society meetings and is joint branch secretary for Headway Neath Port Talbot. She also enjoys being a School Governor and an active member of Southerndown Golf Club.
In her spare time Claire is a member of the Ladies Committee at Southerndown Golf Club and is the Captain of the Ladies Friendly Team. Claire is a keen runner and has run the JCP Swansea Half Marathon each year since its inception in 2014.
