Charlotte Zimmermann

Central Support Supervisor - Business Support

Charlotte is the Supervisor of the Central Services Team who assist all the departments across JCP Solicitors.

Reporting directly to our Business Resources Director, Charlotte’s main responsibilities include: making sure the team are keeping to the agreed service level, assisting with printing documents, checking accuracy, enveloping, sourcing original documents and dealing with any complaints and queries. Charlotte also recruits and trains new staff members at Central and handles any issues within the team.

Charlotte obtained her law degree from Swansea University, graduating in 2013. Charlotte previously worked as a Family Legal Secretary for many years and most recently worked as a Divorce and Matrimonial Finance Paralegal. Charlotte is currently studying for her LPC and hopes to become a Solicitor in the not too distant future.
