Caitlin Willcox

Caitlin is passionate about marketing in a digital world. Her workload varies but her key roles include looking after JCP’s online presence through managing the business’s many social media accounts, and continual development of the company website including SEO and PPC, video content, and email marketing.

Caitlin does in-house design work and sees internal communications as equally important as external ones. To that end, Caitlin supports the whole of the business on the digital aspects, including social media adverts for recruitment, looking after the #TeamJCP Facebook Group and helping promote internal events and initiatives run by the Staff Community Group.

A member of the CIM, Caitlin loves working closely with the energetic marketing team at JCP and continues to learn and expand her knowledge every day. Caitlin has successfully completed her Level 3 Diploma in Social Media for Business and passed the Chartered Institute of Marketing Level 4 Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing with Merit.

Caitlin first joined JCP Solicitors in September 2018 as a Marketing Administration Assistant and quickly progressed into Digital Marketing Assistant then Digital Marketing Officer, before her most recent Digital & Content Executive post.

Caitlin undertook training in 2020 to become a Dementia Friend and is proud to be a Mental Health Champion, supporting her colleagues at JCP.

Outside of work, Caitlin fills up her calendar by attending gigs and enjoys going on city breaks.
