Renting Home (Wales) Act - Are You Ready For The Changes?
Join us for a face to face seminar at the Swansea.com Stadium on Tuesday 21 June from 10am - 11.30am. Our Property team will be discussing the changes being introduced by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
The seminar will cover the major changes, including:
- The fitness for human habitation requirements
- The ending of contracts
- The new rule on abandonment
- An explanation of the new occupation contract
- What the introduction of the Act means for both landlords and tenants
