JCP Solicitors Advises On Acquisition Of Environmental Leader Spencer Group
Specialist environmental land management company Spencer Group has been acquired by a world leader in sustainable solutions as part of a significant deal advised on by JCP Solicitors.
Spencer Group, which comprises land management and environmental services firm Spencer Environmental Care Associates (ECA) and geotechnical contractor and consultancy Quantum Geotechnic, has been taken over by RSK Group as part of the industry-leading acquisition.
The sellers of the Ceredigion-based land management specialist were advised by JCP Solicitors' Corporate Commercial team, led by Betsan Powell.
Thanks to the acquisition, Spencer Group has been added to RSK Group's global portfolio of 175 environmental, engineering and technical services businesses.
