Work Experience
Our Work Experience applications are now closed for 2025 Easter and Summer placements.
During your structured work experience, you can expect to be assigned to one of our Trainee Solicitors to mentor you through the week. Alongside shadowing a Trainee, you will be exposed to a range of experiences which may include attending client meetings, attending court hearings, drafting legal documents, carrying out legal research and completing tasks set by solicitors.
You will have an opportunity to see the welcoming and supportive culture we have at JCP whilst also gaining invaluable insight into working at a law firm.
The 4 or 5 day placements will take place in April and August. We have opportunities in a range of teams including Lifetime Planning, Family, Injury services, Property Services, Commercial Services and our range of Litigation teams.
