EffectiveHRM Sale Marks New Phase Of Strategic Growth

Cardiff-based HR consultancy EffectiveHRM was recently acquired by Impact HR Consulting Limited to support the firm’s growth, with JCP Solicitors acting for seller, Emma del Torto.

Established in 2011 by employment lawyer Emma del Torto, EffectiveHRM supports more than 150 businesses across sectors including care, professional services, manufacturing, hospitality and construction.

The new partnership will see EffectiveHRM join the Impact HR group of companies, continuing to operate under its existing brand. All staff will be maintained, with Emma del Torto remaining at the helm of the Cardiff operation.

The sale will allow EffectiveHRM to continue its growth under a national umbrella organisation, supporting more clients and allowing existing clients to access a wider range of services.

The transaction was led by Betsan Powell joint head of the Corporate and Commercial team at JCP.
