Zoe is an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team at JCP Solicitors, advising a wide range of businesses on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales and restructures.
Also experienced in drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, Zoe has particular expertise in farming and rural business structures, and in the healthcare sector, supporting clients through complex transactional matters.

Zoe graduated with a degree in Law with Psychology LLB from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 2018 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with combined Masters in Law at Swansea University, graduating in 2019. Undertaking her training contract with JCP Solicitors in 2021, Zoe completed her first training seat in the Commercial Property team before moving to Corporate and Commercial where she qualified in April 2023.
Zoe is a fluent Welsh speaker and in her spare time enjoys long walks and volunteers at her local run club.
