Having qualified as a Solicitor in September 2026, Eirian is an Associate Solicitor in JCP Solicitors' Corporate and Commercial team.
She studied at Swansea University, graduating in 2023 before completing her Master of Laws alongside her work commitments. She completed her training contract with JCP Solicitors, gaining experience across a range of practice areas before qualifying into the Corporate and Commercial team.
Eirian's interest in corporate law developed during her time working within HSBC's Business team, where she gained valuable insight into the commercial challenges and opportunities faced by businesses. Her involvement with the Junior Board further strengthened her understanding of how organisations operate, sparking a lasting interest in the commercial world and helping businesses achieve their objectives.
She advises businesses on a range of corporate and commercial matters, taking a practical and commercially focused approach to supporting clients. She particularly enjoys building strong relationships with the businesses she works with and developing an understanding of their goals and ambitions.
Alongside her broader corporate and commercial work, Eirian has a keen interest in the sports sector and is looking to develop her experience advising organisations, businesses and individuals operating within the industry. She is particularly interested in commercial contracts, corporate transactions and regulatory matters within sport.
Outside of work, Eirian enjoys keeping active and spending time outdoors. A keen horse rider, she enjoys caring for her horse, walking her Labrador, running, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
