Living Abroad Divorce Solicitors

Living abroad does not necessarily preclude you from being able to conduct your divorce proceedings under the laws of England and Wales. If you fall within one of the categories mentioned in our Residency Guidance then you can still conduct your divorce proceedings within the Courts of England and Wales.

Provided you and your spouse meet the criteria then there should be no need for you to ever set foot inside a Court room, meaning that you can conduct the case from the country in which you are presently based.
