It is hard to open a newspaper or browse the internet without coming across news of a disciplinary hearing of some kind. Such hearings have sometimes been of personal, organisational or even national importance!

Prominent members of our team have recently advised a number of leading individuals in respect of disciplinary hearings conducted by the Football Association, Football Association of Wales, Welsh Rugby Union and the Welsh Judo Association.
