Amy Seppman is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Client Engagement at JCP Solicitors, leading the firm’s marketing strategy, partnerships, brand positioning and client experience across South and West Wales.

Highly organised and strongly data‑driven, Amy, who is one of the business owners at JCP, works closely with the legal teams to shape and deliver strategic planning for JCP’s growing portfolio of clients. Her role focuses on strengthening relationships with key clients and partners, re‑engaging lapsed clients, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring that all client‑facing activity aligns with the firm’s long‑term business objectives.

Amy has overall responsibility for the Marketing and Client Engagement teams, overseeing the client journey from first contact through onboarding, communication and feedback. Her role is to ensure that all marketing, business development and engagement activity delivers a measurable return on investment, alongside focus on conversion, and enhancing the client experience. This includes thought leadership initiatives, directories and awards submissions, proposals and tenders, PR and reputational management, and the development of tools, technology and data insight to support teams across the firm with new business.

Working collaboratively, Amy also drives social impact and community engagement through strategic partnerships with local organisations, clubs and charities, strengthening JCP’s profile and presence across the region. She chairs JCP’s Diversity and Inclusion Group and is the Vice Chair of the South West Wales Brain Injury Group.

Alongside her role at JCP, Amy is the Immediate Past President of Swansea Bay Business Club, having served as President during 2024 and 2025. During her tenure, she led the Club’s charitable fundraising efforts, raising £54,560 for local charity Faith in Families.

Amy joined JCP Solicitors in June 2003 in a property paralegal role before moving into marketing in 2006. In April 2013, she became one of the youngest non‑lawyer partners in a Welsh law firm at the time. Following JCP’s transition to a limited company in 2015, Amy was appointed Marketing Director, and after a further five successful years, she became one of the firm’s business owners in July 2020.

Recognised as a rising figure in Welsh business, Amy has been listed in the Western Mail’s 35 under 35 to Watch and was highly commended in the Rising Star category at the South Wales Evening Post Women in Business Awards. She holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate, Professional Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma, achieving both Associate and full Membership of the CIM.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and taking part in sporting challenges. She has completed a number of endurance events, including cycling from Fishguard to London unaided and long‑distance triathlons such as Ironman Wales and Challenge Roth - favouring swimming and cycling, and avoiding running where possible!
