JCP Solicitors Further Elevates Leadership

We are delighted to share the news of our latest round of senior promotions and appointments across the firm, as we celebrate Natalie Corbi and Eleri Roebuck’s promotions to Directors, and Samuel Barnes’ promotion to Senior Associate Solicitor. We also welcome external Director hire, Souiful Alam.

Natalie Corbi joined us as a Legal Secretary in 2007 and moved into the role of Risk and Compliance Officer in 2014. Natalie was promoted to Compliance Manager in 2020, supporting the business with her advanced experience and strong knowledge of complex risk and compliance procedures. As she steps into her new role as a Director, Natalie will continue to strengthen the firm with her specialist knowledge. She will guide the business strategy, ensuring compliance remains at the forefront of our practice.

Eleri Roebuck started as a Paralegal in 2012 and began her training contact with our Commercial Property team in 2015. Eleri qualified into the team in 2017 and was promoted to Deputy Team Leader in 2024 while working as a Senior Associate. Her latest promotion to Director reflects her diligent, considered approach to commercial property matters, and her excellent leadership skills also see her promotion include progression to the role of Joint Team Leader.

Also stepping into a new role is Samuel Barnes, who has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Injury Services team. Sam joined JCP Solicitors as a Legal Assistant in 2018,and accepted his training contract in our Injury Services team, where he qualified in 2022. His promotion to Senior Associate Solicitor highlights his advanced knowledge and case handling skills, supporting the team with complex Serious Injury cases.

Joining JCP Solicitors as a new Director in the Commercial Property team is Souiful Alam. Souiful qualified as a Lawyer in 2009 with a specialist property law firm in Cardiff and now joins JCP from Port Talbot-based Howe and Spender. Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, Sylheti and Urdu, Souiful brings his expert knowledge of commercial deals to serve our property client-base, offering tailored solutions for their transactions.
