Natalie is an accomplished Compliance Director with over 10 years of experience in the legal and regulatory compliance field.
Natalie started her career as a legal secretary and progressively advanced to senior leadership roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and legal aspects of compliance.
Starting out in our Litigation Department, Natalie quickly demonstrated a strong aptitude for regulatory analysis, risk management, and policy development. Over time, she took on increasing responsibilities, managing complex compliance projects and leading teams to ensure organisational adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
She works closely with the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration, the Data Protection Officer, leadership and key departments to identify legal risks, design effective risk mitigation solutions, and ensure all company policies align with ever-evolving legal standards. Natalie is dedicated and take pleasure in assisting and supporting colleagues across JCP with navigating compliance complexities and challenges.
Natalie is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and enforcement of the company's compliance strategy and create a culture of compliance.
