David Isaac Joins JCP’s Award Winning Residential Property Team
We are delighted to welcome experienced Residential Property Solicitor, David Isaac, to our growing Residential Property team.
David joins JCP Solicitors as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor and will be based across our Caerphilly and Cowbridge offices, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in residential property law and a strong track record of leadership within the legal sector.
His appointment marks another significant step in the continued growth of our Conveyancing offering across South Wales, enhancing our client services and strengthening JCP’s ability to support clients with conveyancing and other residential property matters throughout the region.
David has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, Right to Buy transactions, auction purchases and sales, and complex title matters. Throughout his career, he has acted for private clients, lenders and financial institutions, combining technical expertise with a practical, client-focused approach.
