Supporting The Poppy Appeal
Around this time of year, millions of people across the UK wear a poppy to honour the British people who have been affected by war.
The Royal British Legion continues to play a vital role in supporting the Armed Forces community, and we are committed to doing our part.
Did you buy a poppy last year? Perhaps you wore one on your coat, or maybe you donated online.
Poppies are generally worn in the 11-day lead up to Remembrance Day (11 November), although there is no official rule and you can show your support at any time that you choose.
We have shared the Poppy Shop with our colleagues to encourage purchases that support the cause, and have added a poppy to our company website and social media as a sign of respect and remembrance, alongside a direct donation to the appeal.
The Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal isn’t just about remembering the past; it’s about providing ongoing care, rehabilitation, and support for those who need it today.
Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Together, we can honour the memory of those who served and ensure veterans and their families receive the support they deserve.
