Hi, I am David, an Associate Solicitor based in our Caerphilly and Cowbridge offices, where I work in the Residential Property team.
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and have over 20 years of experience in the property sector, with the last 15 years focused specifically on residential property. I advise on a wide range of matters including property purchases and sales, remortgages, right to buy, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
I work with both private and corporate clients and am committed to delivering a high standard of service. I understand that property transactions can be complex and, at times, stressful, so I aim to make the process as straightforward as possible while keeping clients informed and supported throughout. I place great importance on building strong relationships and maintaining a personal approach in all my interactions.
During my career, I have worked for firms of all sizes across England and Wales, which has given me a broad perspective and experience in handling a variety of client needs. It is particularly rewarding to now be based in the area where I grew up and to support clients within the local community.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, family and friends, going to concerts and the cinema, and running when time allows.
