Conveyancing Expert To Support Growth Of JCP’s Carmarthen Office
We are delighted to welcome experienced solicitor James Powell to our Residential Conveyancing team, supporting the continued expansion of our Carmarthen office based in Parc Pensarn.
Joining as a Senior Associate Solicitor, James will work alongside the Carmarthen-based Residential Conveyancing team, including Edwina Davies, Licensed Conveyancer; Angharad Butler, Graduate Legal Assistant; and Mia Thomas-Powell, Legal Assistant.
Bringing almost 10 years of legal experience, James will lead on matters including residential property purchase and sale, leases, remortgages, equity release, and transfers of equity, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients across Carmarthenshire.
Having achieved his Law degree and Master of Laws at Swansea University, James completed his training contract at Hains and Lewis and joins JCP from Ungoed-Thomas and King.
James’ appointment continues the growth of our Carmarthen office, following the recent addition of India Ford to our Lifetime Planning team.
