Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS)

Our Head of Inheritance and Trusts Disputes, Richard Howells, is accredited by the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. Richard is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) which is a group set up to make sure that all specialists are working at a high standard in this particular area of law.
