Hi, I am Alex, a Trainee Solicitor / Graduate Legal Assistant within the Inheritance and Trust Disputes team at JCP Solicitors. I support clients with matters relating to contentious probate and trust disputes, helping them to navigate what can often be complex and sensitive situations.
I joined JCP Solicitors in November 2025 as part of the Client Engagement Team. In this role, I gained valuable experience working across a wide range of legal practice areas and played an important role in the firm’s client onboarding process. This experience has provided me with a strong foundation as I begin my legal career.
I graduated from the University of Exeter in June 2025 with an LLB Law degree. I am also a member of the Swansea and District Junior Lawyers Division. I am committed to developing my knowledge and experience as I work towards qualifying as a solicitor, with a particular interest in specialising in contentious probate and trust matters.
I chose to join JCP due to its strong reputation as one of the largest law firms in South Wales, as well as its clear commitment to exceptional client service and career progression. From the outset, I have been welcomed into a supportive and collaborative environment, which has been invaluable in the early stages of my career.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active through the gym, hiking and padel. I am also a keen football supporter and have followed Swansea City for many years. I have had the opportunity to travel across Europe supporting the Welsh national team, including during the 2016 Euros. I am also an avid reader.
