Hi, I’m Alex, a Client Engagement Assistant within the Marketing and Client Engagement team at JCP Solicitors. I’m excited to be part of a firm where I can learn about a wide range of practice areas and immerse myself in a legal environment, working collaboratively across different teams.
This role marks the beginning of my legal career, and I hope to build on my academic knowledge with real-world experience as I work towards qualifying as a solicitor.
I chose JCP because of its strong reputation as one of the largest law firms in South Wales and its commitment to exceptional client service and career progression. From the moment I joined, I was struck by the supportive and welcoming atmosphere within the firm.
I graduated from the University of Exeter in June 2025 with an LLB Law Degree and I am also a member of the Swansea and District Junior Lawyers Division.
Before joining JCP, I worked at my local library, where I developed strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and learned the importance of providing excellent service and maintaining a friendly, approachable manner.
Outside of work, I am passionate about football, having supported the Swans since I was young and being fortunate enough to travel to France to watch Wales play in the Euros in 2016. I’m also an avid reader and enjoy going to the gym, hiking, and kayaking.
