Tracy Haddock

Hi, I am Tracy, a Legal Advisor in the Lifetime Planning team, based in Caerphilly. I joined JCP in 2021, bringing with me six years of experience in Wills and Probate gained at a previous law firm.

I specialise in estate administration and work closely with Mike Downey, Director and Head of Lifetime Planning, supporting clients and colleagues across our South East offices. I understand that dealing with the loss of a loved one can be overwhelming, and I am committed to guiding clients through the process with empathy, compassion and clear advice. Taking the time to understand each client's individual circumstances is important to me, and I pride myself on building trusted relationships by providing support, reassurance and practical solutions during what can often be a difficult time.

I am a qualified CILEX Lawyer, having completed my Level 3 qualification at Cardiff and Vale College and my Level 6 qualification with Brightlink Learning. My qualifications and experience have provided me with extensive knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, enabling me to support clients through every stage of the process with confidence and care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new destinations on holiday, walking my dog and attending gym classes. One of my proudest achievements, despite considering myself a non-runner, was completing the London Landmarks Half Marathon on my birthday in 2018.

I am also proud to be one of JCP's Mental Health Champions, offering a listening ear to colleagues and helping to signpost available wellbeing and support services when needed.

Above all, I am passionate about helping people feel supported and understood, whether they are navigating a personal legal matter or seeking guidance and encouragement in the workplace.
