Hi, my name is Taylor and I am part of the Business Support team working on the Front of House. I first joined JCP Solicitors when they merged with Howe and Spender in August 2025.
My role has always been based on reception, meeting and greeting and supporting the day-to-day running of the office. Over time, I have gained valuable experience in providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, managing enquiries efficiently, and supporting colleagues across different teams.
My focus is always on making sure clients feel comfortable and confident when they first come through our doors. Whether it’s greeting someone arriving for a meeting, helping with initial paperwork, or directing enquiries to the right team.
I graduated from Swansea University in 2024 and am currently studying the LLM Legal Practice (SQE 1 and 2) with the University of Law. In the future my ambition is to qualify as a Solicitor and I have an interest in the field of Family Law.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling with my friends and family, long dog walks and a good book!
