Hi, I’m Oscar, an Undergraduate Legal Assistant currently completing my placement year at JCP Solicitors while studying for my Law degree at Swansea University. I support the Injury Services team by handling new enquiries and aim to provide respectful and compassionate support to clients during what can often be a challenging time.
I chose JCP to learn from leading experts in the field, inspired by the firm’s work on high-profile cases. My placement is giving me valuable insight into the practical aspects of the legal sector, while also developing my skills and knowledge in medical negligence and personal injury, areas of law I am particularly passionate about.
Before joining JCP, I worked as a customer assistant at United Trades, a building company, where I gained experience working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with a wide range of people.
Outside of work, I am a keen footballer, having played for one of Swansea University’s BUCS teams, and I also enjoy going to the gym.
