Hi, I’m Lesleyann, a Client Engagement Assistant within the Marketing and Client Engagement team at JCP Solicitors. I strive to maintain professionalism and responsiveness when engaging with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for those enquiring about our services.
I first joined JCP as part of the Front of House team in our Swansea office and, within three months, I was promoted to Legal Assistant in the Lifetime Planning team before settling into the Client Engagement team in February 2024.
Before joining JCP, I worked at a local estate agent firm for eight years, gaining knowledge of the property market and developing strong customer service skills. The experience gained from these roles enables me to bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to our clients.
Outside of work, I manage a local children's rugby team. My main motivation is making my children proud, and I strongly believe that working hard always pays off.
