Kenza is a Legal Assistant in the Commercial Property team at JCP Solicitors, supporting solicitors on a broad range of commercial property matters. Her work includes assisting with purchases, sales and leases, and supporting files throughout their lifecycle to help ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
In her role, Kenza regularly uses the Land Registry portal to submit and manage applications and maintains ongoing contact with clients, providing clear updates on progress and delivering a high standard of client care. She combines her academic learning with practical, hands-on experience to develop her technical knowledge and to support the delivery of a professional and reliable service.
Kenza joined the Commercial Property team through JCP Solicitors’ CILEX Legal Apprenticeship scheme, which offers an alternative route to qualification. She has successfully completed her CILEX Level 3 examinations and intends to continue along this pathway, with the long-term aim of qualifying as a solicitor.
Prior to joining the Commercial Property team, Kenza worked within the firm’s Central Services team as a Business Support Assistant. In this role, she was responsible for opening case files, issuing contracts and essential paperwork. This experience gave her valuable exposure to a wide range of legal teams and practice areas, providing a strong foundation for her ongoing development within the legal profession.
Kenza holds A-levels in Law, Media Studies and English Language, which she completed at Gower College’s Gorseinon Campus in June 2024. She joined JCP Solicitors in September 2024 to begin her Legal Apprenticeship. She was drawn to the firm because of its continued growth and strong presence across South West Wales and is proud to be part of a team that strives for excellence within the legal sector.
Outside of work, Kenza enjoys taking part in non-competitive dance, as well as baking and trying new recipes from around the world.
