Jonathan is a Director and Head of our Property Litigation team. He has vast experience in dealing with a wide range of property disputes concerning both residential, commercial and agricultural property. The Legal 500 2024 edition named Jonathan a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in the field of property litigation for Wales and he was also previously named a ‘Rising Star' in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions.
In addition to his role as head of the team, Jonathan runs his own caseload of litigated and non-litigated case matters. Jonathan deals with the firm’s leasehold enfranchisement work and works closely with the firm’s commercial litigation team, and he is regularly instructed by a variety of receivers who have been appointed by various lenders, including a high street bank.
Jonathan’s aim is to provide all clients with commercially sensible and focused advice and has experience in dealing with claims in the County Court, High Court, the Land Registry Tribunal, and the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber - Residential Property).
Jonathan became head of the team in October 2023 and he is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
