Christina is the Marketing Manager at JCP Solicitors, where she leads the marketing delivery of the firm’s strategy. She combines strategic oversight with a practical, hands‑on approach and maintains a strong presence within the regional business community.
Christina is responsible for ensuring JCP’s marketing activity delivers clear, measurable outcomes. She oversees campaign planning and performance analysis, reports return on investment to senior management, and uses data‑led insight to refine and optimise activity. Her role covers brand management, event strategy, stakeholder engagement, content management systems, website maintenance, and the effective use of digital platforms. She also supports internal communications and works closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure marketing activity aligns with business priorities and service delivery.
She has completed professional training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Marketing and applies AI tools to improve efficiency, enhance creativity, and support more informed decision‑making across campaigns. Christina also contributes to the development of marketing processes and standards, helping to ensure consistency, compliance, and best practice across all activity.
Christina has strong links to the regional business network, developed through her time as Administrator for Swansea Bay Business Club between 2015 and 2018. She Chair’s the Club’s Marketing Group, supporting the planning and delivery of events, coordinating marketing activity, liaising with venues and members, and representing the Club at regular networking functions.
Since joining JCP Solicitors in 2006 as a Trainee Legal Secretary, Christina has progressed through a number of roles, including Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Senior Marketing Coordinator, and Senior Marketing Executive, before being appointed Marketing Manager in April 2026. She holds NVQ Levels 2 and 3, along with an ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leader Management. She is also a Dementia Friend, reflecting her commitment to awareness and inclusion.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys yoga, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.
