Christina plays a dynamic role at JCP Solicitors, combining strategic marketing expertise with a strong presence in the local business community. Known for her hands-on approach, she thrives on variety — from managing high-profile events to nurturing key relationships with stakeholders across the firm and beyond.
She drives JCP’s marketing strategy, ensuring it delivers measurable results. This includes tracking performance, reporting ROI to senior management, and optimising campaigns using data insights. Christina’s skills span event management, stakeholder engagement, content management systems, website maintenance, and digital platforms such as MailChimp and Eventbrite. She has also completed professional training in Artificial Intelligence for Marketing, using AI tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and campaign performance.
Christina’s strong links to the regional business network stem from her time as Administrator for Swansea Bay Business Club (2015–2018). Today, she remains an active member of its Marketing Group, helping to plan and deliver events, coordinate marketing activity, liaise with venues and members, and represent the Club at regular networking functions.
Since joining JCP in 2006 as a Trainee Legal Secretary, Christina has built her career from the ground up — progressing through roles including Marketing Assistant, Coordinator, and Senior Marketing Coordinator, before becoming Senior Marketing Executive in 2024. Alongside her NVQ Levels 2 and 3 and ILM 2 Certificate in Team Leader Management, she is also a Dementia Friend, committed to understanding and supporting those affected by dementia.
Outside work, Christina enjoys yoga, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.
